An evidence-based mindfulness program developed by Duke University psychiatrists Holly Rogers and Margaret Maytan. They offer a curriculum for young adults, including college students, designed specifically to teach mindfulness meditation and stress reduction practices. In addition, they offer a certification program for providers that they can use to establish Mindfulness programs at their university. Students who completed the Mindfulness curriculum reported feeling calmer, better rested, more mindful, and having improved self-compassion.
