Scott manages communication and provides support on the technical side of CSPCV’s programming. He’s an alum of James Madison University with a Technical and Scientific Communication degree. He also has a master’s in Parks and Recreation Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

While not at the center, you can find him running around the Shenandoah Valley with his wife and daughter. On the side, he also helps run a small business with his wife focused on education about universally accessible housing. If work and parenting responsibilities weren’t all-consuming, he’d likely be somewhere in the mountains.
